Grant Nelson, A son, a brother, a friend, and all around nice guy, tragically lost his life in May of 2017, after being attacked
by one of his ride share passengers. In their grief, The family made this request for other rideshare drivers.
“We….hope that if anything can be done to increase your safety, it will be done.” The rideshare safety partition company answered that request, and
together along with Grant’s family created the “Don’t take your safety for granted” Grant Nelson memorial program. A program dedicated to improving the safety of all rideshare drivers and passengers alike. Please join us on May 5th, 2018 for our 1st annual “Don’t Take your safety for safety for Granted’ Rideshare safety awareness picnic. There will be music, food, games, and lots of fun for the family. We will be highlighting products designed specifically for the safety of rideshare drivers, hearing stories from law enforcement, insurance agencies, and actual rides share drivers on how to stay safe while driving and riding, and will also be hosting a candle light vigil in Memory of Grant Nelson.
