Should you encounter any manufacturing defects within this period, we will replace the product free of charge.

Protective Film: To ensure your satisfaction with our product, we recommend practicing the installation of the partition before removing the protective film. Once the protective film has been removed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturer Defects: If you discover any defects resulting from the manufacturing process, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost.

Fit Issues: Our partitions are designed to fit 92% of all vehicles manufactured after the year 2000. We also offer a larger version for commercial vehicles. Before purchasing, please refer to our vehicle compatibility list on our website. If your vehicle is not listed, please contact us to discuss your specific needs. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit issues unless your vehicle was not previously listed on our compatibility list.

Gaps in Partitions: Due to the universal design, there may be some gaps depending on the vehicle type and seat position. These gaps will never be large enough for an arm or weapon to fit through, ensuring full protection. Therefore, gaps in the partition are not a valid reason for returns or exchanges.
